Payment policy
By credit card :
You can pay for your orders with most credit cards with Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay).
This solution integrates the 3D-Secure system (also called "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode") for entering payment data: card number, expiration date and possibly visual cryptogram. The data is encrypted and then transmitted to your bank securely. When paying, your bank verifies the identity of the card holder before validating the transaction.
Functioning :
After validating your bank details, you are transferred to your bank's website.
In the 3D-Secure window that appears, the authentication process to follow is specific to each bank. You may be asked to enter your date of birth, enter a code received by SMS or even answer a personal question.
This exchange of information between you and your bank is secure. It guarantees the identity of the card user.
For any questions about the 3D-Secure code (obtaining, losing, modifying, etc.), contact your bank directly.
Payment in installments with Alma
Payment in installments is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Amount of purchases
- P2X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P3X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P4X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
Costs
By paying in several installments with Alma, the Customer does not pay any fees. Except for the following cases:
- P2X: 0.82% per transaction
- P3X: 1.66% per transaction
- P4X: 2.47% per transaction
Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 et seq. of the civil code.
Termination
Any termination of the T&Cs which bind the Seller and the customer, results in the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.
Wire Transfer :
The bank details necessary to make a bank transfer are indicated once your order has been validated. You will also receive an email with the summary of your order and payment details.
Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare and ship your order. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. You will then be able to follow the status of your order on your customer account.

Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare and ship your order. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. You will then be able to follow the status of your order in your customer account.
Installment payment by check (free):
This payment method allows you to spread the amount of your purchases (from 100€ of purchases) over 3 months without any additional costs.
To do this, simply enclose 3 bank checks with your order, all dated the day of your order. Don't forget to write your order number on the back of each check.

In accordance with current legislation, checks issued and attached to the order must be funded as soon as they are issued.
Your order will be processed upon receipt of your checks made payable to La Marque Zone.
