Vincent Price is considered one of the most iconic and beloved stars of classic horror movies in the world. Sophisticated, ironic and theatrical, Vincent Price succeeded in giving his evil, ruthless, sadistic, morally questionable personalities a grotesque character, a menacing and casual elegance that together with his unique and unmistakable voice brought him great success and his nickname as “Master of Menace”. From House of Wax to Edgar Alan Poe’s masterpieces, from House on Haunted Hill to his last performance in Tim Burton’s Edward Scissorhands in 1990, Vincent Price played the dark, stylish side of evil with irony and chilling talent. Inspired by one of his most iconic performances, this statuette is intended to be the finest possible tribute to one of the greatest actors, a man who has become the embodiment of horror cinema of all time. His imposing figure, his penetrating gaze and his legendary laugh (he provided the narration and the final laugh in Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”) make Vincent Price a monument of cinema.
